Where do I even begin....

River Ridge was most definitely the best wedding venue that we could have chosen for our day! From the first day we met Adele and saw the property we knew it was the venue that was best suited to us, from the wonderful Adele who I knew was going to be amazing to work with to all the accommodation, everything that was included (fireworks, caravan bar.. the list goes on) and the beautiful property!

Adele was absolutely amazing for the whole year and a half lead up to the big day! She was always there to reply to my multiple emails while trying to plan the day from overseas and assisting with the planning and executing my crazy ideas! During the time all our guests and us arrived we were blown away with the service of the staff and how amazing the food was!

Gary and Adele went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and in the end it was way beyond perfect and better than we could have ever imagined! Working at a wedding venue myself I had high expectations and all of them we were met and exceeded!

From the bottom of our hearts we thank you thank you thank you for giving us our dream day that we will never forget! RiverRidge will always have a special spot in our hearts! Shawnee & Matt x

Adele and her team at River Ridge are absolutely amazing!!

Right from the moment we started enquiring about having our wedding there, through to after we were married. They were so welcoming, and extremely flexible in all aspects like food, beverage service, length of stay and venue setup and usage.

We loved the mixed range of accommodation, from cabins, to family rooms, self-contained rooms, powered campervan spaces and glamping tents, there was something for everyone. The wedding package included lots of little extras, which we loved.

All of our family and friends were blown away by the pristine and well equipped venue and the friendly staff. We couldn't thank River Ridge enough for making the whole wedding planning stress free and a weekend we will remember forever 😊 Our weekend was just perfect, we wish we could do it all over again! 💞

Feeling incredibly lucky that we got to celebrate our special day with our friends and family from all over the globe before the world as we knew it, went crazy and we ended up in lockdown. We just want to say a HUGE shout out and thank you to all of our amazingly talented vendors we worked with to make our day everything we dreamed of and more.

If anyone is looking for a wedding venue, look no further than the all inclusive RiverRidge Retreat Adele, Garry and their team made things so ridiculously easy and stress free for us leading up to and on the day of our wedding.

It was so special for us to have both of our extended families and friends together for the first time in such a beautiful part of NZ, and it's even better that 80 of our guests got to stay onsite at the venue with us.
