The setting is idyllic, that’s for sure. I went down to their team building event and by the end of the two days, we had a group that technically were all strangers, all working together, everyone was feeling good, the old shoulders up, smiling faces. It really worked.
I can honestly say, the two days I spent down there, I came away better and more relaxed than my whole two weeks annual leave. It was pretty neat.

We used RiverRidge Retreat for a trip down for our team and we had a tremendous time.
The team building was phenomenal, the boys really enjoyed it. Also that evening, the food and hospitality was tremendous. I would recommend it to anybody because it is out of the way, in the sense of you have privacy but you also have the beautiful nature surrounding you.
